Paddle board yoga is a variation of stand up paddle surfing, or SUP, combined with Yoga. The health benefits and simplicity of both make them the perfect match. It is an awesome way to introduce yourself to amazing health and lifestyle activities in one go. Both Yoga and SUP are great for building better balance, flexibility, core strength, focus and coordination. Also a great way to improve your surfing.
The connection with the nature, movement and breath will give you a new-found physical confidence and sense of ease within your own body whilst allowing you to experience nature’s surroundings leaving you feeling relaxed and happy.
Cost covers all equipment and ASI qualified SUP YOGA paddle instruction
